Skirt Beef

Skirt beef is a very over looked piece of meat, it is a flat cut found between the flank & the brisket and is ideal for making pasties, fajitas, stir fried, seared, of grilled meals. As it is a lean, tender cut of meat, it does not need to be cooked for a long period of time. If the weight you require isnt listed below, please call us at 01202 605172 for more support!
