Free-range bronze turkey
The centrepiece most people come in for. Slow-grown for proper flavour, and we will size it to the number you are feeding rather than guessing.
Turkey crown
All the white meat and none of the carving stress. Good for a smaller table, or if you would rather not wrestle a whole bird.
Goose & duck
Richer and darker than turkey, with fat worth keeping for the roast potatoes. Order early, as we take a limited number.
Rib of beef & gammon
Not everyone wants a bird. A bone-in rib carves beautifully at the table, and a glazed gammon covers Boxing Day and the week after.

Popular sizes and geese are limited and do go early. Getting your name down in September costs you nothing and saves the disappointment.
