Collection
Collection from the shop at 175 Lower Blandford Road, Broadstone, BH18 8DH is free. There is no minimum order for collection and no charge of any kind. Choose collection at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready, usually within a day. Please bring your confirmation when you come.
Local delivery
We deliver on Thursday and Friday afternoons, between 1pm and 3pm.
Delivery costs £5. It is free on orders of £40 or more. The charge, or the fact that it is free, is shown in your basket before you pay, and again at checkout.
We deliver to Broadstone and the surrounding area: BH11, BH12, BH14, BH15, BH16, BH17 and BH18, and the Wimborne, Colehill, Holt, Corfe Mullen and Merley parts of BH21. If your postcode is outside that list the basket will tell you before you get to payment. If you are just outside it, ring the shop and ask.
Notice we need
Everything is cut fresh once your order comes in, so we ask for three days' notice on a delivery. The slots offered at checkout already allow for that, so please pick from the ones you are shown.
Being in for your delivery
Please make sure somebody is there to take the order in. It is fresh meat, so we cannot leave it on a doorstep, in a porch or with a neighbour unless you have arranged that with us beforehand. If nobody is there and we have to take the order away, we may not be able to refund it, because by then it has been out of refrigeration.
What we do not do
We do not offer national courier delivery. Orders are for local delivery or collection only.
Payment
We accept most major debit and credit cards. We do not accept American Express.
